42 Years old entering my 6th year as the OC at Oak Grove HS in Winston Salem, NC. 20 Years of Experience coaching football. 11 Years as a Head Coach, 9 years mostly as an OC. Have coached in several different states. Have developed an offensive system we call the New Age Option, which is a gun based system that is highlighted by Read Option (Double/Triple) principles in run game, RPO's, Play-Action Pass, and High Percentage Screen concepts.
