About this speaker
Coach Tom has been coaching since 1992 and is a transplanted American who has founded both a youth football club and a high school team in Canada. He has coached and played in five countries and on three continents. His father played for David Nelson and Tubby Raymond at the University of Delaware. He is married with two children and lives in Winnipeg Canada.
